- A Gresham man is charged with assaulting a federal law enforcement officer during a weekend riot near the local ICE office.
- A bill supporting a major league baseball team in Portland leads to the governor’s desk after the House approved.
- 45,000 pounds of shrimp are recalled over a possible Listeria contamination.
In national news:
- A seven-year-old is shot while sleeping in her own home. A suspect remains at large.
- Two high-schoolers are found shot to death in a remote part of Arizona. Officials are investigating as homicides.
- An 81-year-old woman pepper-sprayed her neighbor’s kids, ages 3 and 6, over blowing bubbles.
