UPDATE 9/11/22 3 PM:

EWEB crews have completed inspection of lines and restoration for all customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.

Crews mobilized at 7:00 this morning to begin inspecting 112 line miles and restoring power to approximately 3,000 customers affected by the Red Flag Warning and Public Safety Power Shut-off.

This was a methodical process that resulted in the most efficient restoration timeline while keeping crews and customers safe. Crews worked east to west, beginning in the Vida / Leaburg /Holden Creek area and working toward Walterville, Cedar Flats and Deer Horn.

Per EWEB’s hierarchy of restoration, crews started with transmission lines that feed area substations and completed restoration of those lines this morning.
