Catholic Community Services of Lane County welcomes its new executive director, Lorri Perreault, MHSA, MBA.

In her most recent position at Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, Lorri led operations for four homeless shelters and four community centers. Before that, she was a leader in various healthcare organizations.

She also spent time fundraising, and organizing volunteer mission teams in Guatemala.

“I am thrilled to join the team at CCSLC as the new Executive Director,” Lorri said. “Bringing a deep-seated passion for the work and many learnings from Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, I will strive to champion a well-run, hope-illuminating agency highly respected and known for its integrity, innovation, connection, and responsiveness to the needs of the Lane County communities we serve.”

One of Lorri’s first actions as Executive Director will be speaking at the Great Hour of Caring, an annual fundraiser breakfast for CCS. To view the event online, register at ccslc.org/ghoc.

In 2022, CCS celebrates its 70th anniversary in Lane County. Since 1952, it has been helping people take positive steps to move out of poverty.

Starting out as “Catholic Charities of Lane County” under the leadership of Monsignor Edmund J. Murnane, early programs included adoptions, support of foster children, and counseling to unmarried mothers. Today, services such as family casework and immediate relief in the form of food and clothing still exists as part of the work of CCS.

CCS is grateful for Interim Executive Director Tim Cling, who provided leadership and who worked with the board of directors on the selection of the new executive director.
